Regular Savings Account

This is an interest earning savings account.

Rate Information - Your interest rate and annual percentage yield may change. Frequency of rate changes - We may change the Interest rate on your account at any time.
Determination of rate - At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account.
Compounding and crediting frequency - Interest is compounded and credited quarterly.
Minimum balance to open the account - You must deposit $100.00 to open this account.
Minimum balance to avoid imposition of fees - A service charge of $3.00 per quarterly statement cycle will be imposed on each statement cycle that the account balance falls below a minimum daily balance of $200 during any day of the quarterly statement cycle.
Minimum balance to receive the disclosed Annual Percentage Yield - There is no minimum balance required to receive the disclosed Annual Percentage Yield.
Daily balance computation method - We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.
Accrual of interest on non-cash deposits - Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non-cash items (for example, checks).
Transaction limitations - Transfers to another deposit account initiated by telephone (including electronic voice system and fax), at a customer terminal (e.g. online banking), by wire transfer, by either a preauthorized or automatic transfer, or by debit card are limited to six per monthly period.
Fees: A per item fee of $3.00 will be charged for each debit transaction in excess of six during a quarterly statement cycle. This fee will not apply to senior citizens over the age of 50 or minors.

Prime Savings Account

This is an interest earning savings account.

Rate Information - Your interest rate and annual percentage yield are subject to change.
Frequency of rate changes - We may change the interest rate on your account at any time NBG Prime Rate changes.
Determination of rate - The interest rate on your account is based on the NBG Prime Rate. The rate on the account will be 60% of the NBG Prime Rate if the daily balance in the account is $500,000 or more. The rate on the account will be 55% of the NBG Prime Rate if the daily balance is less than $500,000.  With proper notification we may change the interest rate margin on the account.

Minimum balance to open the account - You must deposit $2500.00 to open this account.
Minimum balance to avoid imposition of fees - A service charge of $5.00 will be imposed per monthly statement cycle that the account balance falls below a minimum daily balance of $2500.00 during any day of the monthly statement cycle.
Minimum balance to receive the disclosed Annual Percentage Yield - There is no minimum balance required to receive the disclosed Annual Percentage Yield.
